Michael Carrasco-Owner
Growing up I was raised on my family’s ranch in Charlotte, TX and attended school in Jourdanton, I now reside in San Antonio. Being raised on the family ranch and involved in the day to day operations, I gained a vast knowledge of agribusiness and what it takes to run a successful ranch. My experience growing up on the family ranch also helped me establish myself in the farm and ranch real estate industry with my strong work ethic and “never give up” attitude. Forming personal relationships with clients, many of whom I call my friends, is something I strive for with every transaction. By helping form Mike and Cody’s Texas Ranches I have been given the opportunity to help many clients and gain even more great experience. My farming and ranching background and real estate experience helps me notice things that need attention and things that can be improved. Staying up to date on what is affecting the market and land owners needs are necessities in todays world. Land ownership is becoming one of the most valuable tangible assets in todays market, something I do not take lightly. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors in South Texas with my wife, Samantha, and our son, Cason “Tripp”.
Cody Orr-Owner
I grew up in Jourdanton, TX and now reside in San Antonio. I developed a love for the outdoors and began hunting and fishing with my father at a very young age. Land and wildlife management soon became a passion that I realized was not going away any time soon. After graduating from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi with a degree in General Business I was given an opportunity with a great company in the oil and gas industry in Alice. I quickly gained extensive knowledge of oil and gas operations as well as an understanding of production across Texas, especially South Texas. After weighing many options and finding the ideal time I decided to chase something I had always thought would be a perfect fit, real estate. I soon obtained my real estate license and within a short while later Mike and Cody’s Texas Ranches was established to help service the farm and ranch industry. My past transactions have provided me with invaluable knowledge, experience, as well as tremendous satisfaction helping clients. When I am not helping clients with real estate endeavors, you can find me chasing White-Tailed Deer in South Texas.
